360 Training

Back by popular demand, this fitness class encompasses all you need from a training experience. Personalized attention, nutritional advice dependent on your goals, in-depth pre and post testing, physical fitness tests and full body measurements. If you are looking for motivation and accountability to take your exercise routine to the next level, this class is for you. Each Monday night class is 90 minutes to include an intensive workout, targeted core work and nutritional discussions to keep you on track each week.

Class Types

A core class like no other! Target all the major muscle groups that make up your core. Glutes, obliques, deep abdominal muscles and back extensors. This class is a non-stop challenge for your mid-section. You will learn how strengthening your core will prevent injury, improve posture and increase overall strength. Each class will be filled with new exercises and different equipment!
