Instructions
  1. Heat oil in the bottom of a large pot on medium-high heat.
  2. Add celery, onion, garlic and chill powder and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add water, bouillon cube, soy sauce and vinegar and bring to a boil.
  3. Put all remaining veggies into the hot pot and boil for 5-10 minutes depending on how crunchy you like your vegetables.
