A burger is one of the most satisfying ways to get enough protein at dinner time for me. Obviously the home-made variety is the best choice as you get to control the ingredients and even add veggies into the mix!

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients with hands until well blended. Form into patties.
  2. Cook on a medium heat frying pan coated with coconut oil until fully cooked through the centre and juices run clear.
  3. Serve with a large side salad and my favourite toppings - pickles and mustard!
Recipe Notes

Adding a little cheese to your burger recipe helps to up the taste factor without adding a ton of calories or sauces. This recipe would be simple to substitute feta, olives and oregano to create a great Greek chicken burger.
