Patti's Power Balls
Print Recipe
A filling snack that takes no baking at all! Keeps great in the freezer and is perfect for hiking or midnight breastfeeding fuel. I suggest using a snack like this at a time when you need a burst of energy or a relatively higher calorie snack as it is packed with fat, protein and carbohydrate.

Ingredients
Servings: power balls
Instructions
  1. Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl with a rubber spatula. I like to slightly 'melt' the honey in the microwave in order to help the ingredients stick together. Do this if your honey is a bit on the hard side.
  2. Use your hands to combine the ingredients until well mixed.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  4. Roll the mixture into balls, roughly 2-3 inches in diameter.
  5. Place in a large tupperware container or ziplock bag and freeze.
