2cupsunsweetened vanilla almond milkany milk will work well in this recipe
2 pitted dates
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1/4 tspground cardamom
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
If you do not have frozen bananas on hand, I highly recommend throwing some in the freezer and waiting to make this smoothie until you've got frozen ones ready to go. It really does make all the difference.
Toss all smoothie ingredients into your blender.
Pulse on high until completely combined and enjoy right away. This recipe fills a large mason jar or two small mason jar sized cups if you're the type of person who likes to share...I'm not! :)
